I – PRODUCTS
All the Aluminum products are either anodized or Powder-Coated with
Polyester-Powder to give the metal high degree of resistance against corrosion.
Conforming Domestic and Global Standards such as SASO (Saudi), DIN
(German), ASTM (American), BS (British) and ISO (International Standard
Organization).
II – DESCRIPTION OF SYSTEMS
All our systems for doors, Windows, Louver & Curtain-Wall comply with ASTM
Standards to uphold supremacy in quality in terms of various tests &
performance requirements.
III- SUBMITTALS
a-) Shop Drawings approval shall be obtained prior to execution of the work
detailed on such submissions. Shop Drawings shall indicate elevations of
units, sections, fastening methods of installation & anchorage, size &
Spacing of anchors, methods of glazing, mullion details, weatherstripping, methods of attaching screens.
b-) Samples of Aluminum sections & glazing units.
IV- FABRICATION
a-) Fabrication of Aluminum units shall conform to contract
requirements as indicated on the approved Shop Drawings.
V- INSTALLATION
a-) All openings shall be prepared plumb, square & in appropriate
dimensions by Contractor. Aluminum frames shall be installed in
the opening plumb & in true alignment in accordance with
approved Shop Drawings.
b-) Scaffolding for high-level installation to be made available by
contractor at no-cost impact.
c-) Post installation damages either to glass. Aluminum or Hardware is the
responsibility of the main contractor.
d-) Sealant & Caulking is the responsibility of the Main Contractor.
VI- EXECUTION
a-) Storage and protection: Aluminum units shall be delivered, stored, handled
and erected in such manner that they will not be damaged or deformed.
b-) Field-Checking: No erection of any work shall proceed until the field
checking of work of others which in any manner might affect the proper
installation or performance of their work has been done by us.
c-) Anchors: Shall be properly located and built into connecting work.
